This policy supplements the Terms.
1. Prohibited Content
No QR links to illegal goods, malware, phishing, fraud, hate/abuse, explicit content, spam, or IP infringement.
2. Prohibited Behavior
No security abuse, auth bypass, artificial traffic, abusive automation, payment abuse, or exceeding 100 API req/min.
3. Enforcement
We may warn, suspend, terminate, disable content, or report serious abuse to authorities.
4. Reporting
Send reports to abuse@qrtool.org with URL and evidence.
5. Appeals
Appeal within 14 days via appeals@qrtool.org.
6. Updates
Continued use after updates means acceptance.
