1. Agreement to Terms
By using QRTool.org, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and legally able to contract.
3. Accounts
Provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for account activity.
4. Plans and Billing
Individual: EUR 6/month, 100,000 scans.
Team: EUR 18/month, 2,000,000 scans, 5 seats, plus EUR 2 per extra seat.
Billing is monthly in advance via Stripe. Plans auto-renew unless canceled.
5. Overage and Limits
Opt-in overage: Individual EUR 5 per +100K scans, Team EUR 15 per +1M scans.
Redirects may pause when limits are reached. Usage resets monthly.
6. License and Restrictions
We grant a limited, revocable license. No reverse engineering, resale, unauthorized automation, or API abuse (100 req/min).
7. Acceptable Use
No illegal, harmful, fraudulent, infringing, explicit, or spam content. Violations may result in immediate suspension.
8. Availability
Target uptime is 99.5%, but service is provided as is and as available.
9. IP and Data
We own the platform. You retain your linked content and grant us processing rights needed to operate the service.
10. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancel anytime; effective at period end. Standard rule is no refunds, except one-time 7-day first-subscription refund for new customers.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate for violations, fraud, non-payment, or security risk.
12. Liability
Service is provided without warranties. Liability is capped to amounts paid in the prior 12 months, as allowed by law.
13. Indemnity
You indemnify QRTool.org for claims caused by your use or content.
14. Disputes
Governing law: Taiwan. Binding arbitration in Taipei. Class action waiver where permitted.
15. Changes
Material changes are notified in advance. Continued use means acceptance.
