Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Cancel from dashboard billing settings. It takes effect at period end. 2. Refund Rule Fees are generally non-refundable. 3. New Customer Exception One-time 7-day refund window after first paid subscription (request: refunds@qrtool.org). 4. Non-Refundable Items Overage fees, extra seats, partial periods, and unused scan quota. 5. Failed Payments We retry up to 3 times over 7 days. Accounts may be suspended after failures. 6. Upgrades/Downgrades Upgrades apply immediately (prorated). Downgrades apply next cycle. 7. Disputes Billing disputes: billing@qrtool.org within 30 days. 8. Currency and Taxes Prices are in EUR and exclude taxes unless stated otherwise.
